In line with our aim of 100% customer satisfaction, we operate a "no quibble" guarantee policy.

You may cancel your order within 30 days, no questions asked! The guarantee starts from the day you receive the software and you will be refunded within 30 days of cancelling your order.

This is designed to reassure customers that if in the event of purchase, the software fails to operate satisfactorily on their home computer system for whatever reason, as long as it is returned to our head office within 30 days, we will gladly refund the full purchase price.
