Course Terms and Conditions

Booking in advance is required for confirmation of your place on any course, leaving several months for our busier times of year.

You may have a refund or choose another date up to 8 weeks before the course, after this time you will not receive a refund but may substitute yourself for someone else up to 2 weeks before the course.

Should you not attend, not substitute yourself or cancel after 8 weeks before your course date you will lose your right to cancel and your investment in the course as we will not be able to book someone else in your place.

Up to 4 weeks before the course we reserve the right to modify dates and locations (always in the same area) depending on the time of year, the demand for the course and the needs of our students.

We will obviously do our best to help anyone ensure that they make the most of their investment with us and to accomodate people's requirements for dates - this is why we remain flexible until the last four weeks to ensure that we can assist as many people as possible.
