If you need to return your purchase, you need to follow the procedure below:

1. If you have bought a product and you wish to return it, you need to contact us on Freephone 0808 160 1006 or email@TeachMe Interactive.co.uk for details on where to send the product and to get a returns number.

2. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you just send the products back to us directly without a returns number.

3. The package MUST be returned in 'as new' condition for a full refund, if items are damaged and we cannot resell them then we may deduct these costs from the refund amount.

4. To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

   TeachMe Interactive Ltd, Returns Department, Park House, Windrush, Oxon, OX18 4TT, United Kingdom.

   For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

5. Defective items

   You can always return items if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" above for details of how to return defective items to us.

6. Delivery charges

   If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

7. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Correspondence Course Guarantee

We will refund your course fee in full if you wish to cancel your enrolment, or are dissatisfied in any way with your course. You must cancel in writing (by letter, fax or email) within 30 days of the delivery date and BEFORE your software is authorised.

If you invoke your right to cancel then we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation. This is the full extent of our liability to you.

You must, by law, take reasonable care of your course package. If you decide to cancel, you agree to return the course package in ‘as new’ condition, at your expense, to the TeachMe Interactive within 30 days of your notification to us.

We will charge you for any items that are missing or damaged. If the package is not returned within this period then we will charge you all our costs in recovering it.
